State-Issued Agent IDs

All Monarch personnel have state-issued agent identification cards from the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). They are visibility displayed on their person at all times.

Approved Rendering Method

All non-hazardous cannabis waste must be rendered unusable prior to departure, and shredding is the only pre-approved method for doing so. We compliantly render this waste unusable on-site by grinding and blending it with other non-hazardous ground material, ensuring that the mixture comprises of at least 50% non-marijuana waste by volume.

Comprehensive Record Keeping

Each licensee needs to keep records of the final disposition of all such wastes for at least five years or longer as required by federal, state, and local law. They also need to maintain marijuana waste disposal logs.

Each log must indicate the:

• Date and time

• Location

• Method of destruction

• Mixing medium

• Agent ID(s) of the employees(s) who destroyed the marijuana product

• Video camera names that captured the two angles of destruction
